We are SO excited for True North VBS this year! Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a summer event that helps celebrate God's greatness! At True North VBS, kids ages K-6th will participate in memorable Bible learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, devour yummy snacks, and experience God's Word through experiments, crafts, and more as they discover what it means to trust Jesus in a wild world all week long!
VBS will be July 21st-25th from 9AM-Noon. This is a FREE event, however, we do have t-shirts available to purchase for $10. The deadline to order a VBS shirt is June 22nd.
Preschool and nursery are only available for our volunteers at this time. We are SO excited for your child to come experience the word of God!

FAQ about VBS
What ages can participate in VBS?
Children entering kindergarten through 6th grade are invited to attend Vacation Bible School. Your child will be placed in a crew, K-3 or 4-6 depending on their age, which will be lead by a volunteer. If you are an adult or student entering 7th grade and up, we would love to have you volunteer! Background checks are required and provided for all of our volunteers. Currently, we only offer preschool and childcare for volunteers.
How do I register my child?
Click on the "Register" button above to be taken directly to the registration form!
What is the cost?
Vacation Bible School is FREE! You are welcome to purchase a themed t-shirt for $10, but it is not required. Volunteers shirts are provided upon registration.
How do I sign up to volunteer?
Volunteers may use the same registration form as attendees. You will be able to select "volunteer" within that form. There are many areas you can volunteer at VBS, including crew leaders, crafts, games, check-in, snacks, and nursery.
What is the drop off/pick up process?
Drop off starts at 8:55AM. Parents will arrive with their child and check-in at a Connection Point. Your child will receive a name tag sticker with a special code. Parents will receive a matching code which will be used to confirm at pick-up time. These codes will change each day. Pick-up is at 12PM at the Worship Center doors.
Can my child be placed in the same group as his or her friend?
We typically do not accommodate friend requests and encourage kids to make new friends throughout the week! If you are inviting someone or have a sibling in the same age group, you may contact the church to discuss it with our children's minister, but we cannot guarantee that they will be placed together.
Does my child need to bring a snack? How do you handle allergies?
During registration, please list your child’s allergies in the provided area. Our snack team and your
child’s leader will be notified. If your child cannot have
the snack for the day, they will be given an allergy-free snack, or you may bring in an alternate snack to your child’s leader when you drop him or her off. While we take extreme care to keep all allergens contained, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free zone.
What does a schedule look like at VBS?
Each day will begin with an opening rally, filled with fun songs, dance moves, and skits that preview that day's message. The rest of the day, your child will rotate with their group through games, crafts, Bible Adventures, Sticky Scripture, and of course, snack time! The day will end with a closing session of worship music and a review of the day's lessons.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out and we would be happy to help you!
