Event Request + Communications Guide
Below you will find the Event Request Form. All events must be approved by the sponsoring Ministry Team Leader before submission.
• Event requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of the event date.
• All promotion and communication for events must follow the FCC Communications Guide.
• Submission of this form does not guarantee approval until confirmed by church leadership and the office.
