- All events should receive prior approval from the appropriate Ministry Team Leader before the form is submitted. This helps ensure alignment and the support needed for your event to succeed.
- To allow for thoughtful planning and preparation, event requests are to be submitted at least six (6) weeks before the intended event date.
- We ask that all event promotion and communication follow the FCC Communications Guide so that our messaging remains consistent and clear.
- Please note that submitting this form is an important first step; however, final approval will be confirmed by church leadership and the church office.
- Please understand that these policies are not intended to create additional work or burden. Rather, they are designed to help us better steward the resources God has given us—our time, our people, and our communication—so that all ministries can work together more effectively and efficiently. By improving clarity and coordination, we can better support one another and avoid unnecessary challenges. As we strengthen how we communicate and plan together, we believe these efforts will help us more effectively accomplish our mission to “Make Followers of Jesus today….”
