All of us want to experience at least three things at Christmas:
1.) Meaningful time with family and friends
2.) Traditions that make those memories meaningful
3) A reminder that that there is hope beyond this world. There is a light coming into the darkness.
This year, I hope you consider to continue, or make a new tradition, to spend Christmas with First Christian.

Celebrate Christmas With First Christian
Have you ever wondered where God is in the story of our lives? The entire story of the Old Era, or the Old Testament, the first part of history, all of it, pointed to Christmas—a baby coming in a manger, light coming into darkness, and the hope that God would do something in history. But why did God need to come? Why do we need this new era? Each week, starting December 1, we will explore Christmas through the eyes of Malachi, asking what it all means, and what kind of new era would God bring?
Come see the spectacular holiday light show on our 20 foot LED Christmas tree! Grab a friend and a hot drink and head to the First Christian Church parking lot. Tune to 92.1 FM and sit back as the dazzling display creates holiday memories and family traditions for years to come! The show runs nightly from 5-9PM (6-9PM on Christmas Eve).
The celebration culminates
Tuesday, December 24
You can expect a family friendly service, that lasts just under an hour, for all ages of guests that will include Christmas music, a unique presentation and reflection on the Christmas story, and a candlelight conclusion that helps you celebrate the meaning of Christmas, meaningfully, with those you love most.
